Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

6-Week Alpine Lesson Series

Payment will be refundable (less applicable credit card processing fee & $125 membership fee) until midnight on December 30th, 2024. After December 30th: NO TUITION REFUNDS OR "ROLL-OVERS" WILL BE ISSUED. At this time, our transportation, classes, instructors, & program costs will be finalized and payments made to these partners. Therefore, we have reserved AND PAID FOR your seat on the bus and place in the class. NOTE: all credit card payments have a non-refundable Crossbar processing fee of 2%/transaction. Gift Certificates & Discounts: are valid for the current season of issue. Discount codes are not case sensitive. Driver discount of $60 will apply for members wishing to drive to the ski resorts. NOTE: to receive the Driver Discount, Ski-Away members commit to providing their own transportation to-and-from the ski areas for our six (6) on-snow days. After January 1st, no changes may be made. Driver Discount will be deducted from tuition (will be calculated & reflected in your Shopping Cart “Checkout”). Once buses are filled, a waiting list will be begun.

Ski-Away Get-Away Trips

INVOICING for the Ski-Away Get-Away trips will be done via check through Ski-Away to avoid unnecessary credit card processing fees, PAYMENT via check may be made to Ski-Away, inc. We do not accept Zelle, PayPal, or Venmo. DOWN PAYMENT: Upon completion of your on-line registration, a refundable deposit of $2,000 will be invoiced and due via check (Payable to: Ski-Away, inc) to save your space. IMPORTANT! If the deposit is not received within 2-weeks of your registration, your spot will be forfeited. Once the trip is confirmed with a minimum of 12 paid guests, your deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE. Final Payment/Balance: Will be due DECEMBER 1st, 2024 and will be NON-REFUNDABLE. Cancellation Policy ~ VERY, VERY IMPORTANT!: With a confirmed minimum of 12 paid guests, deposit and final payment become NON-REFUNDABLE. Space will be limited to a maximum of 16 guests per trip & a minimum of 12 guests per trip.
