6-WEEK ALPINE LESSON SERIES PROGRAM:
TUITION PAYMENT INFORMATION:
- $125 (non-refundable) Membership Fee deposit is included in tuition. Membership Fee deposit may not be rolled over to the following year.
- Ski-Away does not prorate tuition for missed dates. Your weekly spot is reserved with an instructor/class and on a bus.
FORMS OF PAYMENT:
Two (2) payment type options are available
- Pay by Credit or Debit card: Tuition + Crossbar processing fee of 2%/transaction. (Visa, MasterCard, Discover, Debit card). Payment is reflected as a charge from "Justify-Crossbar for Ski-Away" on your credit card statement.
- Pay by ACH (Electronic funds transfer): ACH is set up at "Check Out". Tuition is automatically pulled from account with No processing fees incurred

"DRIVE TO RESORT" DISCOUNT: $60.00 deducted from tuition (will be calculated & reflected in your Shopping Cart “Checkout”). NOTE: to receive the Driver Discount, Ski-Away members commit to providing their own transportation to-and-from the ski resorts for our six (6) on-snow days. After December 20th, no changes may be made.
GIFT CERTIFICATES, DISCOUNTS, "ROLL-OVERS": are valid for the current season of issue. ________________________________________________________________
SKI-AWAY REFUND POLICIES:
- $125 Alpine Lesson Series Membership Fee is non-refundable.
- All credit card payments have a non-refundable Crossbar processing fee.
- Tuition will be refunded (less $125 membership fee & applicable credit card processing fee until midnight on December 30, 2026.
- VERY IMPORTANT! After December 30th: NO TUITION REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED. Our classes, instructors, & transportation will be finalized and payments made to these partners. Therefore, we have reserved and paid for your seat on the bus, program costs, and for your fabulous Ski-Away instructor (aka.. we're looking forward to seeing your cute face!).

ON-SNOW SKI DAY CANCELLATIONS: If in the very rare case, it is necessary to cancel our ski day, we will send out a day-of email via Constant Contact at 6:00AM. We will cancel ONLY if our transportation provider deems the weather unsafe for travel. We will then extend our Ski-Away on-snow season an extra week. There are no partial refunds for ski day cancellations.

SKI-AWAY GET-AWAY TRIPS:
Refer to individual trip policies in the trip information packet & at registration.
PAYMENT POLICY:
DOWN PAYMENT: Upon completion of registration, a refundable deposit of $2,000 will be invoiced and due via check (Payable to: Ski-Away, inc) within 2 weeks, to save your space. If payment has not been received, your registration will be forfeited.
Once the trip is confirmed with a minimum of 12 paid guests, the deposit becomes NON-REFUNDABLE.
2nd Payment: $2,000 will be due AUGUST 1st, 2026 and will be NON-REFUNDABLE.
Final Payment/Balance: Due DECEMBER 1st and NON-REFUNDABLE.
CANCELATION POLICY: VERY, VERY IMPORTANT! With a confirmed minimum of 12 paid guests, the deposit and final payment become NON-REFUNDABLE.
SUPPLEMENTAL TRAVEL INSURANCE REQUIRED: All persons travelling with Ski-Away, inc. are responsible for securing and providing proof of adequate supplemental personal travel and medical insurance and accept full responsibility for insurance coverage of the personal accident, medical expenses, and /or emergency evacuation. Insurance is also required to cover loss of effects, trip delay, and/or trip cancellation, and any other expenses that might arise as a result of loss, damage, injury, illness, delay, or inconvenience occurring to the traveller. We highly recommend purchasing "cancel for any reason" insurance in case plans unexpectedly change.
